You'll find some sample use cases here, derived from real world scenarios. You can use them for inspiration.
You'll notice that the messages never include anything insecure. Even if they fell into the wrong hands, your assets would remain safe.
That's the intended purpose: data stored online should never be enough to derive your key.
Dear redacted,
If you receive this, I've been away for a long time.
We've discussed crypto assets in the past, and you know I own some. Now that I'm gone, you'll need my recovery phrase to access those. In my nightstand, in a black fabric pouch, you'll find an orange paper with 24 words written on it. You can use those with any dedicated hardware wallet to access the funds.
Love you,
Dear redacted,
It was good while it lasted... remember when we discussed Bitcoin? I've setup this message to be sent automatically after I pass away.
In our holiday home, behind the washing machine, there's a plastified sheet with 20 seemingly random words.
Here are the four missing ones: umbrella, hamster, you, easily. Add the missing ones in this order after the first 20, and you can use this to restore a wallet. If you're not sure of what you're doing, you can contact Christopher B. for help, I trust him.
Please use the funds as you wish, and don't miss me too much, I'm gone already. Life is short, enjoy it.

I've etched my passphrase into metal rings. Each word has its number associated.
For all odd numbered-words (1st, 3rd, etc.), you actually need to use the word that comes right before in the bip-39 wordlist. If you don't do that, you'll get an invalid wallet.

I have a significant amount of money that wasn't stored within a bank, that my executor will not mention.
If you don't do anything with it, it'll be lost forever.
Instead, in the binder where I store my invoices, you'll find an envelope with "TREZOR" written on it. Bring this envelope to Brett, and show him this message. He'll help you.
